How it works, answered
What is AI search visibility?
AI search visibility is how often, and how favourably, your business appears in answers from AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity when people ask questions in your category. It is measured by mentions, share of voice and citations rather than by position on a Google results page.
Which AI assistants does SeenBy track?
SeenBy tracks ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity. We only list assistants that are actually connected to our scans, and we will add more here when they are.
How is this different from SEO?
SEO helps your pages rank in a list of links. AI assistants instead write one answer and name a few businesses. They pull from your website, reviews, directories and other sources. SeenBy shows what the assistant said, which sources it trusted, and what to publish so you are included.
