Why we built SeenBy
When someone in Brisbane, Perth or Melbourne wants a plumber, a dentist or a cafe, more and more of them ask an AI assistant instead of scrolling through search results. The assistant answers with a handful of names. If yours isn’t one of them, you never find out. There’s no click, no session and nothing in your analytics.
Most AI visibility tools are built overseas for global brands, with Australia as an afterthought. Local businesses need something different: the questions Australians really ask, results for Australian suburbs, pricing in AUD, and plain advice on what to do next.
SeenBy tracks whether ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity recommend your business, shows you who they recommend instead, and writes the content that closes the gap, using only facts you confirm.
